Assists people in need with costs related to health care services. Applicants must be residents of Uinta County for at least one year prior to the assistance being rendered and applications must be notarized. Applications available at Public Health Office. (1) Emergency assistance with prescriptions, Emergency medical bills, (2) Teeth; Dental dentures, dental work, dentures, crowns (so that it increases the chance of finding a job), (3) Eye glasses, (4) Medical tests, (5) Referral to other agencies.
