Provides legal assistance to low income individuals living in Wyoming. Legal Aid provides representation in many, though not all, types of civil cases. We cannot represent defendants in criminal cases. If you have been charged with a crime, you should request that the court appoint an attorney to represent you if you cannot afford one. Applicants must first financially qualify to be eligible for services. Each applicant must disclose gross monthly income, number of persons in the family, other assets, and provide a brief statement of the legal problem.
